Our veterans have served our nation faithfully and have sacrificed much so that we all may live in peace and prosperity, free from tyranny. The brave veterans, men and women of our Republic, who have given so much to our collective way of life and our society need to be taken care of by a system that does not always recognize the that service related injuries can show up later in life and manifest itself in ways that make it hard to relate back to the original service injury. These veterans deserve to be compensated for any ensuing and permanent injuries or illnesses. Unfortunately, obtaining such compensation can be a long and complicated process, particularly if claims are denied.
My inspiration in assisting veterans in their disability claims is my hero who is my father, James Hershon. My dad was an Army veteran who loved his country and was very proud of his service to his country. Both my dad and my grandfather are interred at Arlington National Cemetery. When I was assisting my dad with his medical issues with the VA, I saw a system that makes it extremely hard, if not impossible for a layperson to navigate their claims without help.
As an attorney, I was glad I was able to help my dad with his VA claims, and I want to help other veterans and their families with their VA claims for disability and other VA benefits. I am an officially accredited attorney by the Department of Veterans Affairs and can help you with your disability or other benefit claim.
